Context

ATEK, a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life science industries, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manage will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of ATEK's product offerings and market presence, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and propose solutions that align with their goals.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

Account Growth and Development:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding client accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and develop plans to maximize client retention and revenue.

Project Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, and operations) to deliver solutions and services to clients.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and account health.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Customer Advocacy:
  • Advocate for clients within the company to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any challenges or concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar customer-facing role. Life Science Experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency Computer Skills, including Google Apps.

  • Bilingual: French and English

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of CRM (Hub Spot) software and other relevant tools. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (may vary depending on the industry).
