Responsibilities

Human Resources
- Timesheet Validation, Payroll, insurance management
- Job posting, pre-screening, recommandation, Onboarding process
- Ongoing Internship Job Postings at Universities
- Ensuring that employee records are in compliance
- Excitingly, coordinate and plan enjoyable events and activities for the team.

Accounting, Finance & Compliance
- Grants management & compliance - See below
- Match hire & grants
- Bookkeeping 
- Government Compliance (Taxes, CNESST)
- Budget & Forecast
- Procurement (Negociation)
- Reporting (Sales, Operation & Finances)

This particular area encompasses a wide range of tasks, so it is crucial that you possess the ability to grasp the overall concept and adapt accordingly.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaborative skills. (not hesitant to utilize the telephone and communicate with individuals)
