Context

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance ATEK's brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales within our target markets. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, market, and customer needs, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Product marketing focuses specifically on the product and its journey through the market. It involves:

1. Defining the target market and understanding the customer segments for a specific product.
2. Positioning and messaging that explain why the product is unique and why customers should buy it.
3. Developing go-to-market strategies to launch and promote the product successfully.
4. Creating product-specific content like product guides, demos, and use-case scenarios.
5. Collaborating with product development teams to relay customer feedback and influence product features and enhancements.
6. Enabling the sales team with product knowledge, competitive differentiation, and tools to help them sell more effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience Minimum in product marketing, ideally within the technology or healthcare sectors
• Proven expertise in managing the full product marketing lifecycle, consistent with the Product Marketing Alliance’s framework.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis, segmentation, and targeting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex product features in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams like product development, sales, and customer service.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the marketing domain.
