Disabling all site alarms is no small feat.
At ATEK, there are two types of alarms: one alarm type for sensors and one alarm type for transmitters/gateway.
You will therefore have at minimum 5 alarms during the intervention:
- A threshold exceedance
- An inactive sensor
- A power loss - transmitter
- An inactive gateway
- An inactivity - transmitter
Sensor Operation
To avoid triggering the threshold alarm, you must inhibit the sensor.
To avoid triggering the inactivity alarm, you must put into maintenance. However, this action stops data recording.
If you want to preserve the data and avoid triggering the inactivity alarm, you must remove the sensor from alarm condition.
Transmitter Operation
To avoid triggering the power failure alarm and the inactivity alarm, you must remove transmitters from alarm condition.
Transmitter alarms cannot be inhibited or put into maintenance.
Gateway Operation
To avoid triggering the inactivity alarm, you must remove gateways from alarm condition.
Gateway alarms cannot be inhibited or put into maintenance.
