- Oxygen, pressure or third-party instruments: send the manufacturer, model and parameter for review. Acceptance and the accreditation status of the work are confirmed before booking.
What to include in your quote request
- Instrument and quantity
- Manufacturer, model, measured parameter, number of instruments, and identification of any paired probes or readers.
- Points and criteria
- Calibration points with units, required tolerance or uncertainty, and whether you need a statement of conformity with an agreed decision rule.
- Certificate and adjustment
- State whether an accredited certificate is required and whether you request adjustment, as-found/as-left results or a particular documentation format.
- Location and deadline
- Laboratory or on-site service, facility location, probe access, shutdown constraints and desired deadline. Feasibility and turnaround are confirmed in the proposal.

What should I request for the certificate?
Specify whether you need an accredited certificate, measurement uncertainty and traceability information, as-found/as-left results, adjustment or a statement of conformity. The applicable method, certificate contents and any decision rule are agreed during review of your request.
How often should sensors be calibrated?
Your responsible personnel establish the interval from applicable requirements, manufacturer guidance, use, risk and previous calibration results. An annual interval is not a universal requirement for every instrument. ATEK can review recurring service against your approved schedule.
Do you offer on-site calibration?
ATEK offers laboratory and customer-site calibration. Share your facility location, installed probe access and operating constraints. Confirm the available method, accreditation coverage and scheduling in the proposal.
