Fulfillment Technician

About the Role
As a Fulfillment Technician at ATEK, you will prepare and calibrate environmental monitoring equipment for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control before deployment. You will be responsible for order preparation, calibration management, inventory control, and RMA processing at our St-Laurent facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming equipment orders, verifying quantities and specifications
- Prepare equipment for deployment, including cleaning, assembly, and configuration
- Perform calibration procedures on equipment according to established standards and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of calibration activities, including dates, results, and any adjustments made
- Manage inventory of equipment and calibration supplies, tracking stock levels and reorder points
- Identify and report any equipment defects or malfunctions
- Process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests, documenting returns and repair actions
- Use the ATEK Platform, transmitter configuration tools, and calibration tools for daily operations
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment preparation, calibration, or technical fulfillment
- College diploma or technical certification in electronics, instrumentation, or a related field
- Technical proficiency in handling and calibrating environmental monitoring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing calibration procedures
- Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and quality control standards
- Basic computer skills for data entry, record keeping, and inventory management
- Bilingual (English and French) required
Nice to Have
- Experience with IoT devices, wireless sensors, or environmental monitoring equipment
- Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, food storage)
- Experience with calibration procedures and NIST-traceable standards
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software
