Operation Coordinator

About the Role

As an Operation Coordinator at ATEK, you will be the operational backbone of our growing team. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage inventory and logistics, support client deployments, and ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations including order processing, inventory management, and shipment logistics
• Manage the sensor and hardware inventory, tracking stock levels and initiating reorders
• Support client deployment scheduling and coordinate with the technical team for installations
• Maintain and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Handle vendor relationships, purchase orders, and supply chain communications
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management review
• Assist with quality management system (QMS) documentation and compliance tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between sales, technical, and support teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and experience with ERP or inventory systems
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement

Nice to Have

• Experience in the IoT, technology, or life sciences industry
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management frameworks
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Familiarity with Canadian import/export regulations for electronic devices
