ATEK is growing fast. This cause a lot of technical challenges.

1. Technical Debt -> Code Refactoring 
2. Compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines (GAMP)
3. Compliance with Information Security guideline (ISO27001)
4. Scaling an infrastructure with live data
5. Regionalisation / Internationalisation of data and Service

Need help to restructure the backend in way that will be easier to maintain and scale. 

Job Description

Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems using JavaScript and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system requirements.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of the backend infrastructure.
• Ensure code quality, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and challenges as they arise.
• Continuously research and explore new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve system efficiency and functionality.
• Carry out all others related tasks.
• Coach junior on best practices

Job requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with backend development.
• Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB or MySQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.(An asset)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker. .(An asset)
• Familiarity with message brokers and queuing systems like RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Redis (an asset).

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
