Context

ATEK is an growing company and need more hand and help to install and maintain the ATEK systems and products at customer sites.

Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and calibrate environmental monitoring systems at client sites, following established procedures and guidelines.
2. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of installed systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with monitoring systems, both remotely and on-site, as required.
4. Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding system operation, maintenance, and compliance.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and coordination on all field-related matters.
7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and enhance technical knowledge and skills.
8. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while performing fieldwork.

Conditions for success

1. Bilingual in English and French
2. Prior experience in alarm or telecom system installation 
3. Show up on time

5. Fill the paper work
