ATEK is an growing company , COO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary configuration of equipment according to client specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate schedules for technical interventions with clients.
• Manage inventory of equipment and spare parts.
• Perform equipment assembly and calibration following established procedures.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus.
• Experience in a similar industry or field is advantageous.
