Context

ATEK, a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life science industries, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of ATEK's product offerings and market presence, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  2. Identify and target new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into customers.
  3. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust sales and marketing strategies as needed.
  5. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  7. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and event marketing.
  8. Track and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  9. Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing team members, ensuring their continued growth and development.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life science industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • You read more than 10 books abouts sales and marketings
