Battery too low, even if powered
Inactivity notification: Probable causes
Probe is damaged
Check probe integrity Repair or replace probe
Probe is disconnected from transmitter
Check the probe connection

Sensor module inside transmitter is dislodged
Open the transmitter cover and push the module into place
Battery is too low
Replace the battery or power the transmitter from an external source
Wireless signal is too weak 0/7
Add access points or signal repeaters near the transmitter
Power to receiver is disconnected
Power loss at receiver or access point
Reconnect power.
Check circuit breakers
Add a UPS
Power the receiver via POE
Internet at the receiver no longer works
Communicate with your IT teams.
Add cellular redundancy to the receiver
ATEK platform failure
Wait for reactivation. The ATEK IT team is resolving the issue.
Transmitter firmware bug
Open the transmitter cover and restart it with the switch
Reboot
WARNING : restart when all other avenues have been tried.
Restarting resets the transmitter time and may cause data loss if internet access does not work at the time of restart

Power outage
Your equipment no longer has electricity. You must go on site and secure your products
Circuit breaker closed
Check if there are contractors in the area who handle electrical circuits
Disconnecting the power
Replace power on transmitter
Battery too low, even if powered
Defective charging circuit
Replace the transmitter under warranty with ATEK.
