The ATEK gateway serves as a data bridge for ATEK ZigBee, WIFI, LoRa or Bluetooth transmitter networks.
The ATEK gateway is a router running the OpenWRT operating system and is configured according to customer requirements to provide a secure IT link between the transmitters installed at the customer and the ATEK cloud infrastructure.
Potential problems
Electrical Failure — receiver is disabled.
Solution: The receivers are connected to a Battery Pack to continue to be powered even in the event of a breakdown.
Network wire disconnections — receiver is disabled.
Solution: Use of cell-switching receivers.
Network configuration changes — for example, implementing a proxy without notifying us.

Outages linked to the DNS or Proxy server — the entire healthcare network can be affected

Make sure the IPs and ports shown above are open and accessible from your IT infrastructure.
