Lifetime warranty

ATEK products have a conditional lifetime warranty.

A defective product that meets the conditions stipulated in this warranty will be replaced or repaired, free of charge.

This warranty includes new and old generations of products.

Condition

• Receivers, transmitters and probes must be connected to the ATEK platform and be part of an annual support package.

Exclusion

• Failure caused by abuse, accidental damage or repairs or attempted repairs carried out by anyone other than ATEK personnel

• Shipping or delivery costs

• Installation, calibration or validation service

• Does not apply to accessories (base, velcro, clip, etc.)

We ask that all equipment used and in inventory be connected to the ATEK platform. This allows us to maintain version inventory at customers’ premises and remotely update devices. The benefit to the user is that you know the equipment is functionally up to date and ready to use.
