You must acknowledge an alert only when the supervised products are safe, otherwise use the Inhibit alerts function .
Acknowledging an alert has the effect of stopping the notifications protocol permanently. This means that no other notifications will be sent for this event.
The person who acknowledges the alert becomes ultimately responsible for managing this alert.
Procedure
On the Dashboard
Click the Actions button -> Manage Alerts
A window will open
Analyze the cause and alert it
Acknowledge only when event is resolved
